Terms of Service

1) Entertainment-only; no real-money gambling

The Services are provided for entertainment only. No gameplay is real-money gambling. We do not offer cash-out and no prizes have real-world monetary value. Virtual currency and virtual items (if offered) have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.

2) Eligibility and accounts

• You must comply with applicable laws and be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country, if higher) to create an account.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected violations, fraud, or security risks.

3) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automate gameplay, or interfere with the Services.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not attempt to access non-public areas, reverse engineer, or bypass security measures.

4) Intellectual property

The Services (including software, games, artwork, text, logos, and design) are owned by LumixaPlay SIA or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

5) Virtual currency and virtual items

• Virtual currency/items are digital features for use within the Services only; they are not property, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money.
• Purchases (if available) are generally final to the extent permitted by law. We may modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items and features.
• You may not sell, transfer, or trade virtual currency/items outside the Services. We may remove content obtained via violation, error, or abuse.

6) Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, content, and availability. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumixaPlay SIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data, arising from your use of the Services.

8) Complaints and disputes (Latvia/EU)

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) in Latvia and/or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr. These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, and disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Latvia, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
