Responsible Play & Gambling Support
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. If it stops being fun, take a break and seek help.
Safer-play tools (account controls)
- Limits: set deposit, spending/loss, and session/time limits that apply before you play.
- Reality checks: enable reminders showing time spent and activity.
- Cool-off / Time-out: pause play for a chosen period (e.g., 24h+). During a time-out you should not be able to gamble.
- Account closure: request closure at any time if you want to stop permanently.
To activate or change controls, use your account settings or contact Support at contact@lumixaplay.com.
Self-exclusion (Latvia)
If you feel you can’t control your gambling, consider self-exclusion. In Latvia, you can use the national self-exclusion register (Pašatteikušos personu reģistrs) managed by the gambling regulator.
Regulator (IAUI): https://www.iaui.gov.lv/
Know the warning signs
- Chasing losses or increasing stakes to get the same excitement.
- Gambling affecting work, studies, relationships, or finances.
- Borrowing money, hiding gambling, or feeling anxious/irritable when not playing.
