1) Who is allowed to use the service

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use LumixaPlay.
• We do not knowingly allow minors to access, register, or receive promotions.

2) Age-gating and checks we may perform

3) When verification is required

4) What happens if verification fails or is not provided

• If we cannot verify age within a reasonable time, we may permanently restrict access to protect users and meet compliance obligations.

5) Data handling and retention

We collect and use age-verification information only for compliance, fraud prevention, and safety. We apply appropriate security controls and limit access. We retain verification records only as long as necessary for these purposes and any applicable legal obligations.

6) Marketing and minors

• We do not target marketing to people under 18.
• Where available, we use age-restriction tools and audience controls on advertising platforms.
